采用橋式結(jié)構(gòu),工作臺、工件保持靜止,所有加工由*運動來完成。
運動慣量小,改善提高動態(tài)性能和加工速度,大行程下亦可高穩(wěn)定性,是大型高速加工的結(jié)構(gòu)。
結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)點包括：
1、承載大,是同規(guī)格定梁龍門機床的2-3倍,動態(tài)性能好。
2、工作臺固定不動,加工動態(tài)性能不受工件重量的影響(定梁龍門工件重量會使加工動態(tài)性能產(chǎn)生波動)。
3、與定梁龍門相比由于運動部分是相對較輕的橫梁、橫拖板、滑枕部分,ⅩNY采用直線滾柱滾動導(dǎo)軌,承載大,摩擦系數(shù)小,因而具有很好的動態(tài)響應(yīng)特性,適于高速加工。
4、雙驅(qū)同步技術(shù),重心驅(qū)動,使機床的性能得到進一步提升。
5、防水性能好,運動部件都在墻體上,占地面積只有相同規(guī)格的定梁龍門機床的3/5左右。

Small motion inertia improves dynamic performance & processing speed ＆ enables high stability in large stroke, so it is the best structure for large ＆ high speed machining.
Structural advantages：
