公司采用內(nèi)鍍法生產(chǎn)的高精度滾輪，可以制作R0.1 小圓弧面、小于1mm 齒距的多齒復(fù)雜型面滾輪及高徑比大于1.5、高度大于200mm 的強(qiáng)力磨削用大型面滾輪，產(chǎn)品輪廓精度高，是高精度、高效成形磨削的修整工具。

公司采用外鍍法生產(chǎn)的各類滾輪，用于陶瓷CBN 砂輪、內(nèi)圓磨頭的修整，具有修整效率高、直線度好等特點(diǎn)。

Product overview

We can produce high precision dressing rollers with inner galvanizing (UZ) methods. For example, we can supply complica-ted multi-teeth rollers with small radius R0.1 and teeth distance less than 1mm and heavy grinding rollers with height more than 200mm and height diameter ratio bigger than 1.5.

Our dressing rollers produced with outer galvanizing methods are used for dressing vitrified CBN grinding wheels and int-ernal mounted points. Its features are high dressing efficiency and good straightness.
