　　采用合灣新代CNC數(shù)控系統(tǒng)，配備專(zhuān)業(yè)CAD-CAM編程軟件，自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換加工G代碼，操作簡(jiǎn)單、效率高、勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度低；
　　運(yùn)動(dòng)副全部采用進(jìn)口導(dǎo)軌、滑塊，X軸采用高精度斜齒輪、斜齒條傳動(dòng)，Y軸、Z軸采用高精度滾珠絲杠傳動(dòng)，傳動(dòng)平穩(wěn)，有效提高整機(jī)精度;
　　工作合翻轉(zhuǎn)180°。～90 ～0°～+90°，型材一次裝夾可以實(shí)現(xiàn)三面加工，加工深通孔(異型孔)時(shí)，通過(guò)工作臺(tái)翻轉(zhuǎn)實(shí)現(xiàn)深孔加工，提高效率、質(zhì)量好。
　　采用手動(dòng)泵供油系統(tǒng)，刀具采用系統(tǒng)控制噴霧冷卻裝置；
　　機(jī)床主要部件采用鋼結(jié)構(gòu)全部經(jīng)過(guò)時(shí)效處理。

　　When the workbench to flip180°?！?0 ～0°～+90°, profiles a clamping can realize three processing. Processing ShenTong hole (heterotypic hole), through the workbench flip realize the deep hole processing, improve the efficiency good quality.
　　Manual pump oil supply system is adopted, and the tool is controlled by spray cooling device.
　　The main parts of the machine are made of steel structure after aging treatment.
